Customer Services Advisor
Danielle Murillo is a relatively new recruit, joining the team early last year. She is responsible for delivering the first class customer service which VanOne are renowned for. A typical day for her involves helping customers over the phone and via email, preparing quotes, sending invoices and scheduling removals. She is certainly a busy young woman!
Prior to joining VanOne, Danielle Murillo did volunteer work and studied psychology. This explains why she’s always so willing to help our customers – and why she’s so good at it. If you have any queries about European removals, it is Jane who can assist you in finding the answer.
